Rachel started off her career in the Royal Navy, and has since worked in a wealth of diverse roles from primary school education to running her own successful beauty therapy business. With some time for reflection when the pandemic hit, she decided that she wanted a new challenge. Now the Client Coordinator and PA for Sophia at Luxe Living, her previous experience in business, customer relations, customer service and sales make her a great fit for this role.
The team at Carmen’s cleans and property maintenance are excited to start working alongside Luxe Living to provide regular inventories and property inspections for their Luxury stylish spaces in the west country. As a high-end, detailed cleaning and maintenance company we are looking forward to casting an extra eye over Sophia’s already beautiful homes.
Lucy joined Luxe Living in 2022 as a reservations coordinator, after successfully running her own serviced accommodation business, and working in adult social care. Lucy is now in partnership with Sophia, jointly managing short term serviced accommodation for their clients.
Bailey started his career in serviced accommodation and holiday lets, for both tourism and corporate industries with Airbnb. This paved the way for him to work with a Property Management Software provider, helping property managers run their business with a series of automation functions, providing a better guest booking experience, resulting in greater repeat business and happy clients. At Luxe Living, Bailey uses his knowledge and experience both in Guests relations and software systems coordination.
Honestly one of the best airbnbs I’ve stayed in. Hosts were very helpful on any questions and leaving brownies was a lovely touch! Would highly recommend.

Really enjoyed our stay, thank you. The apartment was spacious and the decor was lovely, done to a really high standard. The apartment is in a good location and is a handy base when going to the city centre, the Barbican, the football ground and the docks. Would definitely stay here again if visiting Plymouth again.
This is a lovely property which is very well equipped to host a full family. The property was very clean and everything was in brilliant condition. The location is amazing, very close to the seafront and various shops and places to eat and drink. Sophia, Tash & Rachel’s communication was amazing. We made various changes to the booking and had a number of questions running up to our stay and throughout this we always received quick detailed responses! They were also on hand for the duration of our stay to answer any questions we had.
What a lovely big place, clean and tidy. Very central location easy to find. The hosts were very helpful and easy to get hold of if I had any questions. Would come back again and stay here and definitely recommend this place.
The flat was gorgeous and very clean, we had our two dogs with us and there was plenty of room for both of them to stretch out! I would highly recommend staying here, perfect location and fully stocked with anything you might need throughout your stay.
