Following graduation from university, Sophia cut her property teeth as an estate agent for both Connells and Stags. She has experience in operational, logistical and customer service roles, gained in varying areas.

Rachel started off her career in the Royal Navy, and has since worked in a wealth of diverse roles from primary school education to running her own successful beauty therapy business. With some time for reflection when the pandemic hit, she decided that she wanted a new challenge. Now the Client Coordinator and PA for Sophia at Luxe Living, her previous experience in business, customer relations, customer service and sales make her a great fit for this role.

The team at Carmen’s cleans and property maintenance are excited to start working alongside Luxe Living to provide regular inventories and property inspections for their Luxury stylish spaces in the west country. As a high-end, detailed cleaning and maintenance company we are looking forward to casting an extra eye over Sophia’s already beautiful homes.

Lucy joined Luxe Living in 2022 as a reservations coordinator, after successfully running her own serviced accommodation business, and working in adult social care. Lucy is now in partnership with Sophia, jointly managing short term serviced accommodation for their clients.
 

After graduating university with a degree in English Language, Madi moved into a marketing career and since has worked as a social media specialist. She now ensures Luxe Living’s social channels match the quality of their business and properties.
 

Bailey started his career in serviced accommodation and holiday lets, for both tourism and corporate industries with Airbnb. This paved the way for him to work with a Property Management Software provider, helping property managers run their business with a series of automation functions, providing a better guest booking experience, resulting in greater repeat business and happy clients. At Luxe Living, Bailey uses his knowledge and experience both in Guests relations and software systems coordination.
