Luxe Living by Sophia prides itself in creating beautiful living spaces and, with the right execution and careful planning, to add significant value to properties.

Our roots reach back to 2017 in property development. Since then, we have accomplished dozens of house, apartment and HMO refurbishment projects where we either sell on the open market or retain for ourselves or investors. Dynamics of the company are further reaching into property conversions such as commercial to residential, new build and modular construction.

Each of our previous projects was unique and for each we provided a practical, comfortable and elegant interior with most (and in some cases all) related works completed by our carefully selected workforce.

Emma Place – Plymouth
Emma Place, a grade 2 listed historical building, has been be turned into 5 high-end, luxury serviced accommodation apartments. Each unit houses 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a large, open-plan kitchen and living area. The design incorporates the history of the property, with Georgian ceiling centrepieces, high arches, sliding doors and period panelling, alongside modern neutral décor and appliances. Emma place is now open for bookings.
Stuart Road – Plymouth
This terraced home had been neglected for almost 20 years, but Luxe Living managed to purchase this property after it was reclaimed by compulsory purchase from Plymouth City Council. We purchased this property during the lockdown of 2020 and had big plans for a full refurbishment across all four stories to alter the five bedrooms, two kitchens, and a large bathroom into a modern, luxe and high end home. The property had been snatched up by a couple during the renovation and was estimated to finish in early 2021.
Belgrave Road – Plymouth
The condition of this Belgrave Road property at the time of purchase was extremely run down and in a neglected state from the previous tenants. Luxe Living had commenced and now completed the high end refurbishment which also includes a reconfiguration of the majority of the rooms within the house. We converted the property into a high spec, six bedroom HMO – four rooms with ensuite. The existing kitchen was adapted into a modern space with an open plan living space for the new tenants. Both inside and outside were fully renovated.
Milehouse Road – Plymouth
The renovation of Milehouse Road included a brand new kitchen, bathroom, and en-suite to the master. As well as creating a separate ensuite, we knocked down the separate toilet and bathroom to create a spacious modern main bathroom. The properties three large bedrooms were fully renovated to match the neutral tones featured throughout the house, along with some darker elements to create an industrial vibe.
Pasley Street – Plymouth

Lipson Road – Plymouth
With brand new bathrooms, kitchen, open plan dining area, and all rooms fully redecorated, Luxe Living renovated the property so it was ready for new tenants. It’s a terraced home in a central location in Plymouth with local connections to the city centre and near shops and local schools– it was the perfect family home and the new tenants moved in a few months after the property was sold.
Fullerton Road – Plymouth
Arranged across three floors, the house offers an abundance of space with ample living areas. The property benefits from two current bathrooms and both front and back gardens along with a garage.
Vicarage Road – Penygraig
The property boasts a lot of space and has been adapted to a large four-bedroom home, with additional space in the outbuilding. Both the inside and the outside has been fully renovated and landscaped. We adapted the main area to include an open plan living room, kitchen, and diner.
Station Terrace – Plymouth
The property on Station Terrace was one of Luxe Living’s latest completed projects, with a quick sale, fast refurbishment, and let even swifter. Similar to our other Welsh buy to lets, the house underwent a full renovation to make it a perfect family home.
The property’s three bedrooms, family bathroom, large living area, and kitchen were modernised and updated. The small back garden received some attention to make it more contemporary and usable for future tenants. The property has the perfect location with the rail-line (Treherbert to Cardiff) nearby, and scenic hillside views.
Llewellyn Street – South Wales
Originally a three-bedroom home, it was adapted to utilise the space in a more beneficial way forming a fourth bedroom downstairs. The existing bathroom was also altered into a stunning wet room. Both the rear and front gardens underwent a massive modification from an overgrown mess to a beautiful, spacious area. The whole house was renovated to a high spec and has now welcomed its new tenants.
Rhys Street – Trealaw
The property has three bedrooms, which were all fully refurbished and redecorated, as well as a large open-plan kitchen, living room and dining room. Renovated to a high spec for the area. The property itself is semi-detached making it a perfect family property in a residential area– it’s located in Trealaw in south wales.
Ely Street – Tonypandy
This three bedroom, mid terrace house is situated in the location of Ely St, Tonypandy. This will be an ideal first home as its close to Tonypandy Town Centre and all of its local amenities as well as being convenient for the A4119 link road to Cardiff.
Mary Street – Treorchy
All areas of the house have been renovated, with a brand-new kitchen and bathroom. As the property had so many beautiful features we tried to keep some of its character. The property has low ceilings and natural beams showing; therefore, we kept a very neutral palette within the property.
East Road 20A and 20 – Plymouth
A little different from Luxe Living’s usual sale, the East Road flats were already refurbished and not in need of modernising. The property was selected due to its great value and return potential. The property has been split into two self-contained flats, one with two bedrooms and the other a single bedroom. When they are not tenanted, Luxe Living will add their personal stamp onto the property.
Dewinton Street – South Wales
Dewington Street is a three bed home in Tonypandy, purchased with a quick sale. The perfect location for young families, on a cute cul-de-sac, near to local schools and shops. The home has undergone a full high-end renovation including kitchen and bathrooms, as well as altering the layout of the home to utilise the space. A spacious and well laid out home, it was adapted to form a large high spec kitchen diner area with separate living space. The rear garden area underwent a massive modification from an overgrown mess to a beautiful, well considered, spacious area. The whole house was renovated to a high spec, and will be a perfect family home.
Miskin Street – Plymouth
This three bedroom, mid terrace house is situated in the location of Miskin Street, Treorchy, Treherbert. This will be an ideal first home as it is close to the local Town Centre and all of its local amenities as well as being convenient for the local area of the Rhonda river. It is predominantly a family area so it is well suited to the new tenants.
