Luxe Living by Sophia prides itself in creating beautiful living spaces and, with the right execution and careful planning, to add significant value to properties.

Our roots reach back to 2017 in property development. Since then, we have accomplished dozens of house, apartment and HMO refurbishment projects where we either sell on the open market or retain for ourselves or investors. Dynamics of the company are further reaching into property conversions such as commercial to residential, new build and modular construction.

Each of our previous projects was unique and for each we provided a practical, comfortable and elegant interior with most (and in some cases all) related works completed by our carefully selected workforce.

Emma Place – Plymouth
Emma Place, a grade 2 listed historical building, has been be turned into 5 high-end, luxury serviced accommodation apartments. Each unit houses 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a large, open-plan kitchen and living area. The design incorporates the history of the property, with Georgian ceiling centrepieces, high arches, sliding doors and period panelling, alongside modern neutral décor and appliances. Emma place is now open for bookings.

Stuart Road – Plymouth
This terraced home had been neglected for almost 20 years, but Luxe Living managed to purchase this property after it was reclaimed by compulsory purchase from Plymouth City Council. We purchased this property during the lockdown of 2020 and had big plans for a full refurbishment across all four stories to alter the five bedrooms, two kitchens, and a large bathroom into a modern, luxe and high end home. The property had been snatched up by a couple during the renovation and was estimated to finish in early 2021.

The condition of this Belgrave Road property at the time of purchase was extremely run down and in a neglected state from the previous tenants. Luxe Living had commenced and now completed the high end refurbishment which also includes a reconfiguration of the majority of the rooms within the house. We converted the property into a high spec, six bedroom HMO – four rooms with ensuite. The existing kitchen was adapted into a modern space with an open plan living space for the new tenants. Both inside and outside were fully renovated.

The renovation of Milehouse Road included a brand new kitchen, bathroom, and en-suite to the master. As well as creating a separate ensuite, we knocked down the separate toilet and bathroom to create a spacious modern main bathroom. The properties three large bedrooms were fully renovated to match the neutral tones featured throughout the house, along with some darker elements to create an industrial vibe.

The small back garden received some attention to make it more contemporary and usable for future tenants.
