The team at Luxe Living could see how promising this historical property could be, along with the prime location, which led to the decision of creating 5 new serviced accommodation units for the portfolio.

Shortly after the completion of the property, in September 2022, the construction commenced. Luxe-living did a complete overhaul of the original layout. The team wanted to utilise the space to create cosy welcoming rooms with a luxurious feel. Each serviced apartment unit will be set across its own level.

The properties will individually be composed of two double bedrooms, a bathroom and a large open-plan lounge area and kitchen. The communal spaces will maintain and uphold the history of the building, whilst adding a high-end, modern flair throughout the décor.

The shared spaces are also under refurbishment with a large entry hall being formed, and modernisation of the stairs and railings. These spaces will be the first point of entry for future guests, and they will also reflect the luxury of the apartments inside.
