Welcome to our spacious and cosy family home in the central neighbourhood of Mutley in Plymouth, Devon. Perfect for families or groups, our 3-bedroom home offers a comfortable and convenient stay for those looking to explore the beautiful ocean city. Let’s take a look around:
Downstairs, you’ll find a welcoming lounge area as you enter through the front door. The lounge features a double sofa bed and a TV with WiFi access, where you can unwind after a day of exploring.
Downstairs, you’ll also find the open plan dining room and fully equipped kitchen. The dining room offers a 6-seater bench, providing ample space for all guests to enjoy meals together. From the dining room, double doors lead to our large garden, bathing the space in natural light. The kitchen has all modern amenities and appliances; including a double oven & dishwasher – to take the stress away from you after a busy evening.
Upstairs, you’ll find three modern bedrooms. The main bedroom can be set up with either a king bed or two single beds, providing flexibility for your sleeping arrangements. The second bedroom features a comfortable double bed, while the third bedroom offers a cosy single bed. There is also a bathroom upstairs, complete with a shower, WC, and toilet for your convenience.
Upstairs, you will find a full shower, WC & sink for your convenience.
Accessed from the kitchen is the home’s private outside space, a great place to escape for a quick coffee or tasty snack.

*For stays longer than a week, additional housekeeping can be arranged for a further fee.
*Children are welcome to stay in the house but the travelling party are responsible for their safety and linen is not provided for children’s cots due to specific requirements to each individual for health and safety.
*Paws On The Floor at all times please* We love having your furry friends to stay but we also want to ensure our furniture remains in top quality condition, thank you for your understanding.
*Pets are considered at an additional fee of £10 per pet per night please get in touch in advance if you plan to bring your pet with you.
