The space
The perfect cottage for large groups and families wishing to escape to the seaside with beautiful Devon beaches. Do not let the term cottage fool you, this property is extremely spacious with four bedrooms, two living spaces, and a large open plan kitchen and dining area. Modern and luxurious whilst retaining the original details like the fully functional stone fireplace, large Georgian style windows and cottagecore interiors.
As you head up the stone steps, housed on the cliffside above a popular Devon beach, you are met with a stylish, spacious lounge area. Adjacent, through the archway, you’ll find a modern, well-equipped kitchen area. Alternatively, you can head upstairs and find the four bedrooms – places you and your friends/family can definitely get comfortable in after a long day of being at the beach, shopping in Plymouth or working nearby!

The lounge area is very spacious, with two comfy sofas facing a large smart TV and the other two sofas facing a beautiful, rustic stone fireplace with extra logs for you to set up on a cooler evening!
The focal point of this room is the wrap-around Georgian windows which showcase ocean views no matter where you stand in this space. The sunset from this space is spectacular, definitely one to tick off your bucket list!
The kitchen you will find leading from the lounge area. The space is very modern, with a farmhouse interior and has plenty of room to cook together as a family. It boasts modern appliances, with a double oven and plenty of utensils and amenities for your stay! Across from the breakfast bar, you will find a beautiful oak table which can seat the whole house. Similarly, from this area you can still see ocean views.
You enter this room from the kitchen, and it’s home to a lovely little room, perfect for the children, with a smart TV, games console and gaming chairs!
Bedroom 1 (King Bed)- From the lounge, head upstairs into the large, and you are immediately met with a spacious double bedroom. Cottagecore styling, with plenty of storage space to unpack and store your belongings. In this space, you will find a large double in the centre of the room.
Bedroom 2 – This bedroom is found tucked in the corner upstairs, it’s the perfect size for two with double bunk beds. In here you will find a large window, showcasing ocean views and a smart TV above the dresser.
Bedroom 3 (King Bed) – Another large double bedroom, a home to either two single beds or one double bed. The room is so bright and airy, especially with the large windows with sea views. Decorated in the same style, with a Smart TV on the wall.
Bedroom 4 – Attached to bedroom 3, but with its own private entrance through the kitchen, this bedroom is also spacious and bright. A large double bed in the centre, beautiful sea view and a private ensuite bathroom equally spacious, with a full tub, shower and double sinks. Uniquely decorated and very luxurious, to match with the rest of the property. Your hosts will provide high quality towels and toiletries for all guests to use.

This beautiful cottage also features a large garden around the property. Accessible through the lounge or through the front. In this space, you’ll find a seating area sat upon decking – just perfect for an alfresco dinner at sunset.
