The stunning apartment features a bright and stylish open-plan living area, which is adorned with exposed timber beams, showcasing the rich history of the building. Feel the warmth and authenticity as you relax in the comfortable lounge, which features plush seating, a large flat-screen TV, and oversized windows that offer glimpses of the marina beyond. In this space, you will find a large sofa area with an equally large smart TV to relax after a day of work or exploring Devon. The sofa can be changed into an additional bed for one person.

Adjacent to the living area is the well-equipped kitchen, where sleek modern appliances seamlessly blend with the rustic space. Prepare delicious meals while immersed in the ambiance created by the harmonious contrast of old and new. Luxe Living by Sophia provides all the utensils and a welcome pack to ensure you’ll get that cup of coffee first thing!

In this space, you’ll also find a table to eat your delicious home cooked meals (or maybe your deliveroo). This area doubles up as the perfect working spot, close to the kitchen for coffee refills but also gives you the perfect view of the beautiful Devon seaside.

The apartment boasts two spacious bedrooms, each showcasing the exposed timber beams and brickwork. The master bedroom, with its expansive windows and charming exposed beams, is a serene sanctuary featuring a luxurious king-size bed and en-suite bathroom. The bathroom houses a full sized bathtub, along with a large mirror, sink and W.C. The second bedroom offers a double bed; perfect for additional guests or family members.

Each bedroom has plenty of storage for your belongings – ensuring you can unpack and unwind for your trip ahead. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated in modern, neutral tones bringing you a comfortable yet luxury stay. All bedrooms include fresh, comfortable mattresses and hotel linen for the best night’s sleep!

By the main entrance, you’ll find a stunning, luxurious bathroom housing a shower, WC, sink and oversized mirror. Getting ready for the day or night will always be an enjoyable experience in the modern, clean space. As mentioned above, the second bathroom is attached to the master bedroom.

Mills Bakery backs onto the stunning Royal William Yard marina – the most picturesque views. The apartment is a stone’s throw away from outdoor dining at the large selection of restaurants literally at your backdoor!

The apartment has a communal entrance, and can be accessed through two places. You’ll find a separate rubbish area to dispose of your waste which is shared by other residents. The apartment itself has lift or stair access, plus its own private entrance. There is information for your review when entering into the building, please be conscious to give this info a read.

*Children are welcome to stay in the house but the travelling party are responsible for their safety and linen is not provided for children’s cots due to specific requirements to each individual for health and safety.

*Paws On The Floor at all times please* We love having your furry friends to stay but we also want to ensure our furniture remains in top quality condition, thank you for your understanding.

*Pets are considered at an additional fee of £10 per pet per night please get in touch in advance if you plan to bring your pet with you.
